The house is located in Gojar; Gojar is a small and very quiet town located on the slopes of Sierra Nevada; just a few minutes by car from Granada and surrounded by a natural environment. Ideal to rest and disconnect on your vacation.

Located 8 km from Granada and about 15 minutes by car from the urban center. Granada Train and Bus Station is 15 km away.

Villa Terracota sits on an 800 m² plot designed entirely for entertainment and comfort. The 270 m² residence is divided into three floors, each boasting wonderful views. All floors are fully automated and feature hot/cold air conditioning units. There is also centralized oil boiler heating (on the upper and main floors) and a pellet stove (in the basement).

Condominium

It is located in the area known as La Campana Granada, the Vega area. It has an extensive natural heritage, crisscrossed with numerous routes where you can practice hiking and get to know its picturesque places, with names as curious as the Boca de la Pescá, the Collado del Fraile, the Fuente del Artillero among many others.

These natural resources are also joined by an interesting set of old buildings, scattered both inside the urban area and on the outskirts of the town; Gójar preserves its rural appearance and its flavor of history. With the typical low-rise white Andalusian houses, with its well-preserved religious buildings and wide streets with abundant green areas.
